Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of Hourble.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hourble ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service description
Hourble provides a compliance platform for UK recruitment agencies, including timesheet capture, biometric-style verification, manager approvals, audit trails, and payroll exports. Features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans include a 7-day trial period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Per-worker fees are charged based on active worker counts in each billing period. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to bypass security or compliance controls, no falsification of timesheet data, no reverse engineering, and no use that would expose Hourble or other customers to legal or regulatory risk.
6. Liability limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hourble's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
